REFUNDS, REPLACEMENTS, & CANCELLATIONS POLICY

Overview

Our refund policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have passed since your purchase, we may not be able to offer you a full refund or replacement. We do not require any reason or explanation for refunds requested within this timeframe. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order and/or the products, please contact us to request a refund.

To request a refund, please send an email to support@cognitune.com asking to refund your order. Please include enough information to identify your order, including, but not limited to, your full name, your email address, your order number, and the order date.

We do not accept returns, as we sell perishable products protected by safety seals, so any product received by a customer is for that customer to use or discard as they choose. If you have an issue with your order or the product you received, and would like a refund, please contact us as indicated by our refund policy above.

Non-refundable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Coupons
  • Store Credit

Refunds

Once your refund request is received, we will initiate a credit back on the payment method used for the original purchase, through our payment processor. We do not issue cash refunds.

When approved, our refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within the standard processing time of our payment provider, usually several business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your credit card company or bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your account.

Sale items

The actual purchase price paid is the amount that may be refunded. Discounts, coupons, credits, etc. that reduced the purchase price of the product(s) on the original order are included in the amount of the refund. We do not issue refunds in excess of the amount charged for an order.

Replacements

We will replace items if they arrive defective, damaged, or are lost in transit. If you need a replacement, send us an email at support@cognitune.com.

Cancellations

To cancel your order, please email us at support@cognitune.com as soon as possible after placing your order.

Depending on when your cancellation request was received, we may not be able to halt shipment of your order. If your order ships, we may still be able to process a refund pursuant to our refund policy as noted above.

Cancellation of Subscription Orders

There is no requirement to contact us to cancel or modify your subscription unless you need assistance.  You may cancel or modify your subscriptions at any time by logging in to your account on our website and navigating to your subscription settings and cancelling or modifying your active subscriptions. If you need assistance with your subscription orders, please email us at support@cognitune.com. Subscription orders will automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the next renewal date. Renewal orders are subject to the same refund policy noted above if not cancelled before renewal. There is no requirement to contact us to cancel or modify your subscription unless you need assistance.
