I love how many come in the bottle and the way the pill is shaped and the coating it has on it they don't stick to each other and they're really easy to swallow. I'm not sure if me feeling more focused/caffeinated after taking them for a month is because of the pills with my morning coffee or if it's in my head but I do feel like my body is more energized than normal. As far as weight loss my mother (who is mildly critical) did say I look like I've been slimming down a bit so that's nice but I'm not sure if I can give mct oil all the praise for that i'll definitely keep taking them and get more when I run out because I haven't had any negative side effects from them

MCT oil is a wonderful supplement for the ketogenic diet, giving near instant energy and converting a borderline-keto meal into a ketogenic one. However, even though MCT is flavorless, it can make a mess and change texture of foods (and erode styrofoam). So while I mostly take my MCT oil in normal liquid form on food, there are many times when it is convenient to have a pill.� The price point here is much higher per gram than plain oil, but it�s honestly not bad. I wouldn�t recommend anyone do pills as the primary way to do MCT for keto, but when liquid oil isn�t an option, this works well. I haven�t had any GI upset. The pills are pretty big, but slick and well-shaped for ease of swallowing. I admit I don�t typically have problems with pills, though. If you don�t like large pills you might have issues. That said, for what they are, they are a good product that I can recommend based on my experience.

I decided to try this product since I've using an MCT powder in my morning coffee as part of my Keto diet for a while. The capsules are more convenient and easier to take and I find that the powder doesn't consistently blend in as well as I'd like. The softgels seem to be keeping my energy levels up during my morning fast times and better yet - they've helped to keep me in ketosis more effectively then my experience using the powder.� 5 star review!� Thanks for taking the time to read my review.
